When you hire a VA, you only pay for completed work. The VA handles your business remotely and works from their own home or office. That means there are no overhead costs, costs for paid benefits, time off, taxes, training, or even downtime, like there would be for an employee or temp.
I primarily work with Faith-Based Coaches, Speakers, Entrepreneurs and small business owners.
You may delegate any task that you don’t enjoy doing or that takes you away from the things you would rather do. I can update and create content for your web page and your Facebook or Instagram account so you can focus on your business. If you have a question about a service I do not offer here, please ask. I may be able to refer you to someone who can help!

The best way to get information to me is through email. There are other methods we can use to share information as well, such as Dropbox. You may also reach me by telephone calls, zoom calls or text messages. Other methods of communication can be set up as we work together.
I normally will respond to you as soon as possible, but if I am particularly busy or occupied, I will respond within 1 business day.

The time to complete a project will depend on the complexity of the project. For example; creating a website is a step-by-step process that will involve input from you as we move forward. Other projects may have a very short turn-around time. I will discuss the time frame and provide you with written details about the project.
Yes, to protect both parties, a client agreement will be drawn up and e-signed before starting any work. The agreement will include a description of services, terms of payment, scope of work, client responsibilities, relationship of the parties, office hours and communication methods.
Your information will always be secured. I will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if that makes you more comfortable. If I am required to log-in to your programs, we will use password protection such as LastPass to be sure your passwords are always secure.
All payments are made through PayPal. PayPal is preferred because of its security and flexibility.
NOTE: A PayPal account is NOT required to pay someone through PayPal
You pay with your credit card or debit card, making checkout fast, easy and very secure
Payments can be tracked and confirmed through your credit card and bank
Hourly Rates – On your first project, 50% down will be required to begin the project with the remainder to be paid upon completion of the project. Following projects will be billed at the First of the Month for work completed in the prior month. Payment will be due upon receipt.
Package Rates will require 50% down to begin the project and the remainder of the agreed-upon rate will be due upon project completion.
No problem! I will just require 14 days’ notice when you want to discontinue my services.
