My Favorite Resources

Below is a list of products, tools, and websites that I personally use on a regular basis. Please check them out and be sure to let me know what you think about them. I love learning about new tools, so please share your favorite tools with me as well.

Let’s talk about how you can create some favorite resources to help grow your business. Contact me today for your FREE 15-Minute Consultation and let’s work together.

♦ I use bluehost for hosting this website and setting up WordPress sites. It is very easy to set up and help is readily available if you need it. You can also purchase your domain name at the same time so that makes it doubly convenient. It comes highly recommended for good reason.

♦ Canva is one of my favorite tools. You can create beautiful images for your website, social media posts, blogs, presentations, business cards and so much more. Three is so much you can do with a free Canva account, which makes it even better! Create something beautiful with Canva.

♦ ConvertKit is an email platform that is designed for people like us who want to build our audiences and generate income. It’s powerful marketing automation features and integrations with other tools will help you grow your business at a reasonable price. It is quite user friendly and has training available.

♦ Mailchimp is another great email program. It can be used to send out information to your email list and post a link to Facebook and Instagram at the same time to help grow your audience. It is very user friendly and contains templates that help you create email content.

♦ Grammarly is another tool I use when I write everything from newsletters and email to social media and website copy. Grammarly is a spelling and grammar checker. I use the free version but if you are a writer, the paid version also has punctuation and more extensive grammar checking capabilities. It helps me every day.

♦ If you need a free and easy way to keep track of all your passwords, LastPass is the perfect tool. LastPass…remembers the passwords so you don’t have to. You get access on all devices, one-to-one sharing, save and fill passwords, a password generator, or more and there are even more features with the paid version. One less thing to remember is always good.

Of course, I recommend Expert VA® Training! This is the best training to learn to grow your own Virtual Assistant business and become your own boss. Not only do you get the training, but you also get to connect with a great group of other entrepreneurs who help and support you on your journey. It is the best investment I have ever made in myself. I encourage you to check out this program. It will change your life.
